Canasta is a very versatile, fast paced and fun card game. It can be played with four players who split into two teams, or the game can also be played by three, or even just two individual players. All it requires is two complete sets of playing cards and YOU!
Come and learn to play the basics of Canasta during this 3 week series, make new friends and have some laughs!
About the instructor: Keren De Torno FawcettI will be your experienced instructor. She has been playing Canasta since the mid 1950’s when she was taught to play this card game by her Abuela (mom), who avidly played this game in Cuba before her family’s exile from the country. She guarantees YOU too will be able to enjoy and successfully play this game during the first class!
