JCC Apple Cobbler Class

  • Raleigh-Cary Jewish Community Center 12804 Norwood Road Raleigh, NC, 27613 United States (map)

Learn how to make an Apple Cobbler from Rondi Goodman, pastry chef at Irregardless Café and Catering.

After receiving numerous requests for instructions on how to make her seasonal cobblers, Rondi Goodman will be teaching a class on how to make an apple cobbler, just in time for you to serve on Rosh Hashanah.

During this hands-on baking experience you will learn how to make an apple cobbler from scratch, bringing home your very own creation to pop into the oven and cook.

E-mail mindy.lawton@shalomraleigh.org after you register if you prefer to have the gluten-dairy free version of this cobbler.

About the instructor: Rondi Goodman is currently the dessert chef at Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh. Together, Rondi and her husband Cory Goodman, have a catering business and do home food delivery. Rondi is originally from New Jersey and prior to being in the food industry, she worked as a Fashion Director in the magazine field in New York.
