Q: Why did you want to support the Jewish Federation?
We believe in supporting the local communities in which we do business. Partnering with the Jewish Federation and the JCC allows Aqua-Duck to share in the important mission of improving the quality of life in our communities.
Q: Can you describe your business and its history in the Triangle?
Aqua-Duck Water Transport supplies bulk water in the greater Raleigh/Durham area. We source water from various municipalities and water authorities, and deliver to pools, ponds, construction sites, and much more. www.aquaduckwater.com
Aqua-Duck Water Transport started in Pennsylvania over 25 years ago. The business expanded into North Carolina with an operation in the Charlotte market 15 years ago. Finally, 2 years ago, we began planning expansion into Raleigh/Durham. We opened our doors a little over one year ago, and enjoyed every minute working with all of our customers in the marketplace.
My wife and I have lived in Chapel Hill for about 4 years now. We moved into the area when my wife accepted a local position with a physical therapy firm. She is currently a DPT student at Elon University. We love the area, and are proud to be a part of the vibrant community in the Triangle.
Q: What do you want our community to know about your business?
Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and to be the most flexible bulk water supplier in the market. We offer same day, next day, evening and weekend delivery. If you have a bulk water need, we will find a way to make it work.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
I worked in the beer industry for nearly 20 years, and enjoy craft beer and home brewing.
