JFS Adult Connections: Helping Women Navigate Stress

  • Beth Meyer Synagogue, Beit Am 504 Newton Road Raleigh United States (map)

Women hold many roles, often bringing about conflicting tasks and priorities. This gathering will give women a space to learn about how we can identify and manage our stress and find time for self-care. Concrete tips and recommendations will be provided as well as a supportive, private environment to hold each other accountable as we commit to finding time and energy to slow down and connect to what our bodies and minds need.
